Before reporting a problem
- Update to the latest available build.
- Restart Nabla and confirm the issue still occurs.
- Include your device model, iOS or Android version, course, lesson, and the exact step where the issue happened.
Found a wrong answer?
Every problem in Nabla is generated and checked by a computer algebra system, but if something still looks wrong we want to know immediately. Send the course, the skill, and a screenshot of the question — mathematical corrections go to the front of the queue.

Subscriptions
Nabla Pro is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Nabla directly.
- Cancel: on iOS, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore: reinstalling or switching devices? Open the Nabla Pro screen and tap Restore while signed in to the same store account.
- Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Contact them directly, or email us and we will point you to the right form.
Reset local progress
Nabla stores your progress on your device. You can reset it from the app settings, clear Nabla’s app storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app.
